What is a "ride-thru" express tunnel wash?

A "ride-thru" express tunnel wash is a fast and convenient automatic car cleaning system, where the vehicle owner stays in their car throughout the entire wash process. The car is guided onto a conveyor, and the car is placed in the "N" neutral position to allow the wheels to roll, all auto-hold and/or auto-brake setting turned off, foot off brake pedal during the tunnel wash, hands off steering wheel, with antennas down (or removed), wipers off. Some vehicles will need to be placed in "car wash" mode. It is the customer responsibility to understand how to place the car in neutral by checking the owner's manual of your vehicle. Car wash rollers are engaged to push the driver side rear car tire forward at slow speed when the car is in neutral, under 5 MPH.

What is the Car Wash Token used for?

The Simoniz Ceramic Sealant is a breakthrough in the car wash industry; a highly hydrophobic formulation that includes a ceramic polymer, offering protection and shine for up to 30 days. After being applied to a vehicle exterior, this formula chemically bonds with the paint to create a layer of durable protection. The sealant contains positively charged ions that are attracted to the negatively charged painted surface. This creates the hydrophobic coating that repels water. The coating makes water bead effectively, protects from UV and oxidation, and makes it more difficult for grime and dirt to stick to the car surface. Lastly, the vehicle has a deep, clear, glossy shine that brings out the reflective properties of the paint and clear coat.

The car wash token is provided on all wash packages, except for our "Wash-N-Go" package. The token coin provides for 8-eight minutes of vacuum time in our self-serve after care lot. The high-power vacuums provide our customers an easy way to maintain the inside seats, floor and trunk of the car. The express car wash business model provides the car owner a more affordable car care option where the exterior is cleaned by an automatic washing process and the interior is maintained by the car owner.

There are 4 different wash packages because we provide options to customers, based upon their needs. Our car wash uses high-quality, safe cleaning soaps for all packages, but we also provide optional extra care protectant applications during the wash process for a better shine and longer lasting protection from the road environment.

Tire shine, also known as tire dressing, is a product used to enhance the appearance of tires by giving them a glossy, well-maintained look. It typically comes in liquid or gel form and is applied directly to the tire's surface inside the car wash tunnel. Tire shine not only improves aesthetics but also acts as a protective barrier against harmful UV rays, dirt, and grime, helping to prevent cracking and fading of the rubber.

What is Simoniz Carbonite with Graphene?

Carbonite is the next evolution in the Simoniz line of deluxe car wash protectants, providing a thin but incredibly tough graphene-infused protective layer on vehicle surfaces for 7-14 days. The protective layer offers high abrasion resistance to protect from marks, swirls and scratches. Plus, the strength of the layer provides a barrier to chemicals and damaging materials that cause corrosion. Carbonite is incredibly hydrophobic, so moisture slides off car surfaces to avoid water spotting. and also repels dust and other microparticles and improves glossiness for a showroom appearance to your vehicle.
